A bidirectional DC-DC converter according to the present invention includes a converter for boosting or dropping a voltage inputted in response to a PWM signal, a pulse width modulation (PWM) controller for outputting the PWM signal, and a CPU which is connected to the PWM controller and outputs a control signal which is the PWM signal to make the converter boost or drop the inputted voltage. The CPU sequentially synchronizes with the respective PWM controllers in a preset time unit in a plurality of PWM controllers and a switching operation is performed between switching elements by a phase difference according to the PWM signal of the PWM controller.
