Disclosed is a sludge concentration measurement device which comprises: an accommodation tank having an outlet at a lower portion; a measurement water tank having an inlet disposed to eccentrically introduce, from a lower portion, a sludge sample or a diluted sludge sample mixed with the sludge sample and diluted water; a Mixed liquer suspended solid (MLSS) sensor disposed at a central portion of the measurement water tank or on the opposite side of the inlet; and a control part receiving concentration of the sludge sample or the diluted sludge sample measured by the MLSS sensor.
