The present invention relates to a method of repairing and reinforcing an inner surface of medium and large diameter pipelines. Specifically, the method of repairing and reinforcing an inner surface of medium and large diameter pipelines comprises: a step of cleaning an inner portion of a pipeline to be repaired and reinforced; a step of checking a size, a volume, and a shape for a section of an upper surface of a pipeline joint; a step of manufacturing a filler pressing guide net also operable as a partition wall whose upper and lower surfaces are opened in accordance with the size, the volume, and the shape for the section of the upper surface of the pipeline joint; a step of fixing and installing the filler pressing guide net also operable as the partition wall on an inner side of a portion of the joint of the upper surface of the pipeline to be repaired and reinforced; a step of using manual work or a form to fill lower filling mortar in the joint of the remaining pipeline where the filler pressing guide net also operable as the partition wall is not installed to repair and reinforce the joint of the remaining pipeline; a step of filling an upper filling member in the joint in the filler pressing guide net also operable as the partition wall; a step of positioning support plates on a lower portion of the filler pressing guide net also operable as the partition wall and an upper surface of the lower filling mortar filled in a lower portion of the pipeline, and installing a lifting support plate pressing means between the two support plates to press the lower portion of the filler pressing guide net also operable as the partition wall and the upper surface of the lower filling mortar filled in the lower portion of the pipeline; a step of removing the support plate pressing means and the support plates when the upper and lower filling mortar are cured; and a step of applying finishing paint to the lower surface of the filler pressing guide net also operable as the partition wall and an outer surface of lower finishing mortar exposed to the outside. Therefore, the joint of the pipeline can be effectively repaired and reinforced. Also, time and costs by pipeline repair can be reduced, and constructability and quality can be greatly improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
