The present invention relates to a stage acoustic device of a variable arrangement type positioned at left and right sides of a stage (S), which comprises: a main base (10) including a lower body (11) formed with four lower detachable holes (12) formed on an edge side thereof to be opened upward, and a lower turntable (13) rotatably supported on the lower body (11) inside the lower detachable holes (12), and having a first speaker (SP1) seated thereon; a sub-base (20) positioned at an upper portion of the main base (10), and including an upper body (21) formed with four upper detachable holes (22) formed on an edge side thereof to be opened downward, and an upper turntable (23) rotatably supported on the upper body (21), and having a second speaker (SP2) seated thereon; and four support frames (30) detachably coupled to the lower and upper detachable holes (12, 22), respectively.
