The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition. As the cosmetic composition contains a homogenized mixture of Camellia japonica seed oil and Chamaecyparis obtusa leaf oil, the composition is capable of having a longer storage period than an existing cosmetic composition and bringing an excellent effect even with a low content through homogenization. The cosmetic composition is homogenized with the Camellia japonica seed oil and Chamaecyparis obtusa leaf oil at a weight ratio of 1:9-5:5. 0.5-3 parts by weight of the Camellia japonica seed oil and Chamaecyparis obtusa leaf oil are added to 100 parts by weight of purified water for homogenization.
