The present invention relates to a polymeric dielectric comprising a modified elastomer and a coordination complex of metal positive ions, wherein the modified elastomer comprises an organic ligand moiety which forms a coordination with the metal positive ions in a main chain of the elastomer; a method for manufacturing the polymeric dielectric; and an electronic device and a thin film transistor including the polymeric dielectric.
