The present invention relates to an FRC precast slab, and a construction method of connecting a cast-in-place concrete member and a fiber reinforcement concrete precast slab, which is capable of when the FRC precast slab and the cast-in-place concrete member are successively formed, allowing the joining surface between the cast-in-place concrete member and the FRC precast slab to be dispersedly arranged by forming a buried protrusion, in which the reinforcing steel and the reinforcing fiber exist therein, on the connection side of the FRC precast slab, and reinforcing the initial tensile force with respect to a structure in which the FRC precast slab and the cast-in-place concrete member is placed continuously, thereby maximizing the usability of the FRC precast slab.
