Disclosed is a power generator using air and a gear, which is able to create a large amount of energy using a small amount of input energy with high efficiency. The power generator using air and a gear of the present invention comprises a housing, a generator, a rotor, a rotor drag surface, a rotor lift surface, a rotor shaft, a rotor shaft bearing, a fan house, fans, a spur gear, and a pinion drive gear. The power generator of the present invention further comprises: a plurality of radial rotor racks having diameters different from each other inside the rotor; a plurality of rotor supports supporting spaces between the rotor racks; and a plurality of rotor blades slantingly coupled between the rotor racks and the rotor supports.
