The present invention relates to a composition comprising an Asparagus cochinchinensis extract as active ingredients for preventing or reducing female hormone regulation abnormal syndrome, and it was confirmed that an extract of the present invention shows high levels of menopause syndrome improvement index in a simple clinical trial (experimental example 1) for women showing menopause syndrome and the concentration of estradiol, which is a woman hormone in an experiment for measuring 17-estradiol in blood using a rat (experimental example 2), and thus it was confirmed that the composition of the present invention can be effectively used as medicines, health functional foods, functional foods, health supplements, food additives and the like for treating and preventing female hormone regulation abnormal syndrome.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
