The present invention relates to a prefabricated chair having a function of upper body exercise, and more specifically, to a prefabricated chair having a function of upper body exercise, of which a back rest, an arm rest and a seat can be adjusted at a desired angle by using a bolt and a nut to enable a user to exercise, wherein the chair comprises: a seat where a user can seat; a back rest connected to the seat at 90 degrees to enable a back of the user to lean; an arm rest connected to the back rest at the position of 15-27.5 cm lengthwise away from the back rest at 90 degrees to support an arm of a user; a first leg support connected to an edge portion of one surface in the bottom part of the seat to keep the balance of the chair; a second leg support disposed to face the first leg support and capable of making vertical adjustment; - shaped fixing shafts serving as fixing supports for connections between the back rest and the arm rest, the back rest and the seat, the seat and the leg supports; and bolts and nuts fixing the fixing shafts.
