According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for automatically adjusting the position of a light source and a detection unit for detecting a cerebral blood flow signal comprises: a cover member placed on a part to be examined of a subject; a plurality of light sources installed on one surface of the cover member to be in contact with the part to be examined, and irradiating the part to be examined with light; a plurality of detection units spaced apart from the light sources, installed on one surface of the cover member, and detecting an optical signal including biometric information of the part to be examined; a plurality of pressure sensors coupled to one surface of the cover member, and measuring a pressure to be examined by which the light source and the detection units press the part to be examined; and a plurality of actuators coupled to one surface of the cover member at a position spaced apart from the pressure sensor, and having a length adjusted in accordance with the pressure to be examined to individually correct the position of the light source and the detection units in the vertical direction with respect to the part to be examined. As a result, it is possible to detect the biometric information of the part to be examined by reflecting the movement of the subject.
