The present invention relates to an input/output (IO) management method for recognizing quality of service (QoS) for a peripheral component interconnect express (PCLe) storage system with reconfigurable multi-ports. The method according to the present invention comprises: a step of receiving an input/output (IO) request including information for communication of data through a data access port from a software application in a receiver interface; a step of determining a transmission mode for communication of data through a data port by a transmission mode selector, wherein the transmission mode is selected from a processing amount-oriented mode, a latency-sensitive mode, and a balanced mode; and a step of performing data communication through an access port in response to the IO request depending on the transmission mode by a block distribution unit.
