The present invention relates to a microalgae culture device. The microalgae culture device comprises: a light source part supplying light to microalgae; an inner jacket part having a cylindrical shape to surround the light source part; an outer jacket part separated from an outer surface of the inner jacket part at a specific interval, and surrounding the inner jacket part; and a light reactor having an accommodation space to accommodate the microalgae and a culture solution to culture the microalgae, while at least some portions of the outer jacket part is immersed in the accommodation space.
