According to the present invention, the present invention relates to a steel structure for mega column construction, and a mega column construction method using the same. The steel structure easily resists to a lateral force generated by wind blowing from a lateral side of a building and the weight of a skyscraper. The present invention improves construct ability and reduces a construction period.
