The present invention relates to an electronic payment method using a Bluetooth-based electronic money system. In the electronic payment method using a Bluetooth-based electronic money system according to the embodiment of the present invention, identification information is broadcasted by reprocessing a frame of BLE of Bluetooth (beacon) at a short distance. A terminal acquires money value code (MVC) information included in the frame of the BLE and reuses the MVC. The MVC value has only the ID of unique electronic money. The MVC value of the electronic money is stored in server with a database type. A signal is received with an ID form to designate an amount value of the electronic money by attaching a device that generates an MVC signal to a smart phone. Therefore, the present invention can perform payment right by recognizing and using the BLE device attached to the smart phone as one electronic money.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
