According to one aspect of the present invention, a level of a cognitive capacity of a subject can be predicted or measured by using a primer, a microarray, a kit, and a method of predicting a cognitive capacity of a subject using the same, or a method of analyzing an SNP of a subject to provide information necessary for predicting a cognitive capacity. The predicted level of the cognitive capacity of the subject can be used as information for diagnosing or curing cognitive dysfunction such as dementia, Alzheimers disease, memory impairment, and the like, and can be provided as a learning guide by cognitive capacity level of the subject, or can be used for developing gifted children, an aptitude test, and the like.
