The present invention relates to a laser resonator for generating an optical fiber femtosecond laser pulse, and more particularly, to a saturable absorber-based all polarization maintaining optical fiber laser resonator with long-term stability having all paths formed of polarization maintaining optical fibers stable to an environment. The laser resonator comprises a mirror, a reflective saturable absorber, a gain medium, an optical fiber buffer, and a polarization axis blocking element.
