The present invention relates to a user interface of a marine environment regulation monitoring system which: collects environmental data from the air pollution equipment and marine pollution equipment of a vessel; analyzes, processes, and records the collected data; and is mounted on the vessel. The user interface of the marine environment regulation monitoring system includes: a main screen which displays one or more among vessel information, navigation information of the vessel, and air and marine pollution regulation violation; an emission reduction status screen which displays an emission reduction status of air pollutants or marine pollutants; an equipment operation status screen which displays an operation status of the air pollution equipment or the marine pollution equipment; an equipment access status screen which displays an access status of the air pollution equipment or the marine pollution equipment; and a data search screen which displays the search of environmental data collected in the air pollution equipment or the marine pollution equipment.
