The present invention relates to a system for manufacturing a prosthesis for a human body used to be closely attached to an outer surface of a human body such as a prosthetic leg, a prosthetic arm, or a lumbar support, etc. The system for manufacturing a prosthesis for a human body of the present invention comprises: a three-dimensional (3D) data scanning unit including a 3D scanner for obtaining a plurality of scanned images from different angles through the optical capturing for a predetermined part of a human body where a prosthesis is required to be manufactured, and a 3D modeling computer for obtaining 3D basis graphic data for a corresponding human body part by matching the scanned images obtained by the 3D scanner; a shape processing server for deforming the 3D basis graphic data transmitted from the 3D data scanning unit to create final 3D processed shape data of a human body prosthesis to be manufactured, and converting the final 3D processed shape data into a computer aided manufacturing (CAM) code for the numeric control (NC) processing; and an NC processing machine which is a machine tool to manufacture a predetermined workpiece by an NC scheme by having a microcomputer to be embedded therein, connected to the shape processing server to transceive information with each other through a wired and wireless communications network, and manufacturing a temporary model for manufacturing the human body prosthesis in accordance with the 3D processed shape data transmitted from the shape processing server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
