An objective of the present invention is to provide a tailor-made service platform constructing an offline base, such as a laundry, a beauty salon, a repair shop, a sales shop related to clothing, etc., as a member shop, to provide a tailor-made service. According to the present invention, a program optimized to various terminals, such as mobile, personal computer (PC), etc., is provided to facilitate access of customers; a goods guidebook of a booklet shape separately to clearly select and specify color, a pattern, and the like of clothing is provided to be used in an offline base shop, such as a laundry, etc., for consultation with the customer; and the identical goods guidebook is delivered to the customer when the corresponding customer is registered as a memory, thereby allowing the customer to order goods by referring to the guidebook when ordering goods. A program to provide the tailor-made service manages a member shop inducing the customer at first by linking with the customer, and separately manages recommender information to provide a separate incentive or gift when the customer recommends other customers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
