The present invention relates to a method for providing information for media independent services (MIS) from a first network entity (NE) to a second NE. The present invention provides an MIS information providing method comprising the steps of: the first NE preparing first MIS information containing a primitive or messages of an MIS service access point (SAP) or an MIS LINK SAP; and the first NE generating a first SDN protocol message to transmit the same to the second NE. The first SDN protocol message may contain (1) the generated first MIS information and (2) information indicating the first MIS information is contained. According to the present invention, the method is to solve a wireless resource management problem, a network function management problem occurring in a mobility support between heterogeneous networks, and an efficiency problem of usage of hardware resources with open network environment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
