The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for providing a space-based ontology service, and a system. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises a service information management unit configured to manage information of a registered space-based service based on a local space, a model management unit configured to register and manage an ontology model constructed by referring an ontology schema defining a relationship between the local space and the space-based service corresponding to the local space, a data analysis unit configured to analyze sensor data collected in the local space where a user is located and a life log of the user collected from a user terminal to generate a filtering rule of a service, and a service recommendation unit configured to extract at least one space-based service corresponding to the local space where the user is located based on the ontology model, generate service recommendation information on a service filtered by the filtering rule among the at least one extracted service, and provide the generated service recommendation information to the user terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
