The present invention relates to a system and a method to operate a password of an application and enhance security thereof, providing a powerful identification means. According to the present invention, the system comprises an application management device receiving a password in accordance with usual or enhanced security use of an application from an application operation terminal to perform authentication, and remotely managing the operation of the application in accordance with an authentication result. The application management device includes: an application subscription processing unit receiving a login ID, a login password, and an additional password from the application operation terminal to process application subscription of a user; and a title display unit to display the additional password on a predetermined region of the application operation terminal.
