The present invention relates to a method for providing a prevalence rate predictive family tree for a family using a precision medicine, which comprises the steps of: collecting body information of a plurality of unspecific individuals and disease codes of different classification systems; converting the disease codes of different classification systems into an integrated disease code; analyzing the unspecific individual body information and the converted integrated disease code to construct big data on a correlation between genetic probability of a hereditary disease of families and a disease; collecting the disease codes, and additional information on at least one of sex, age, body information, and parentage of whole family members on the basis of a previous medical history; analyzing the collected disease codes and additional information of the family members on the basis of the big data; predicting a type and the probability of occurrence of the disease which is likely to be developed later through an analysis of the disease codes and the additional information of the family members; and providing the type and the probability of occurrence of the disease which is likely to be developed later as a family history tree by a family unit. Accordingly, a prevalence rate predicting map for a direct family unit, which collects and uses a disease code of a direct family through a precision medicine having high reliability, can be provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
