Disclosed are a system and a method for producing content of a two-way internet lecture. The method for producing content of an internet lecture of the present invention comprises the steps of: storing a lecture source of a user in a terminal, dividing a background screen into a main screen and a sub-screen when the background screen stored in a database of a main server is selected, to arrange a lecturer screen and a trainee screen at a predetermined ratio or to partially arrange the same on a lower end portion thereof, uploading the lecture source to the main server, uploading a material asked by the trainee to the sub-screen during a lecture, and adjusting an interface of a control unit to upload an answer to the trainee screen while a lecture video and voice are captured and recorded on air or at a next lecture; and combining the lecture video and voice with the lecture source, the selected background, and the sub-screen to select screens thereof in a compression form, compressing the generated combination file in a selected compression form, and uploading a compressed file to a server for a personal computer (PC) or a server for a phone.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
