The present invention relates to a lamination system for attaching a film or sheet to a surface of an MDF blockboard, and to a sheet lamination system of an MDF blockboard, which heats a surface at high temperature, compresses the surface at high pressure to be flatly and smoothly processed, and attaches a film or sheet to the surface. The sheet lamination system of the present invention comprises: an input lift for automatically supplying an MDF blockboard; a brush for removing surface foreign materials from the MDF blockboard supplied through the input lift; an alignment conveyor for transferring the MDF blockboard passing through the brush to a regular position; an ironing unit for heating the surface of the MDF blockboard transferred through the alignment conveyor at a high temperature and compressing the surface of the MDF blockboard at high pressure; an adhesive application unit for applying an adhesive to the surface of the MDF blockboard of which the surface is smoothly processed through the ironing unit; a lamination unit for attaching a sheet to the surface of the MDF blockboard passing through the adhesive application unit; a pinch unit for compressing the surface of the MDF blockboard passing through the lamination unit; and a loading stand for loading and discharging the MDF blockboard passing through the pinch unit.
