The manufacturing method thereof comprises the following steps: washing chili pepper raw materials and dividing the raw materials into the same size; preparing fillings used for fried chili pepper; filling the fillings into a unit chili pepper divided into the same size; applying the batter to the unit chili pepper filled with the fillings; and cooking the unit chili pepper in heated oil.
