The present invention relates to a biometric authentication device using bloodstream information and analysis on venous patterns of a biometric authentication target, using a laser speckle imaging method. More specifically, the present invention includes: a sensor recognizing the existence of a biometric authentication target in a storage space; a laser emitting part emitting laser on the biometric authentication target; an image generating part converting light, reflected by laser emission, into an image through a laser speckle imaging method; an imaging sensor capturing the converted image; a biometric determining part determining the biometric authentication target is alive or not by verifying whether an information value inputted from the imaging sensor is in a biometric information value range or not; an image processing part displaying an image with improved accuracy of venous patterns by extracting venous pattern information from the captured image through noise filtering algorithm; and a biometric authentication part performing user authentication by comparing the image with improved accuracy to a venous pattern image stored in a memory.
