The present invention relates to an integrated management system for grazed livestock in pasture, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an integrated management system for grazed livestock in pasture which inputs and manages basic history information on kinds, sex and birth of livestock in pasture through a real-time information sharing between a livestock information input tag which is artificially inserted into an ear or a nose of the livestock in pasture and a livestock managing terminal which is carried and managed by a livestock manager, and records and stores rearing information on growing processes by age, growth states of livestock, and sterilization for each set period in real time, and senses whether a disease occurs or not by granting diagnosis functions such as heart rates, pulse frequency, as well as a temperature change of livestock in pasture, such that management of livestock in pasture can be more systematically, scientifically, and conveniently performed. To attain such purpose, the present invention comprises: a livestock management operating server; a breeder terminal which is connected to the livestock management operating server in online, downloads a livestock management application through a livestock management program operating unit and installs the same; and a livestock information input chip which is artificially inserted into a body of livestock, and transmits and receives livestock management information in real time through a wireless communication with the breeder terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
