To achieve this, a method to control an anti-surge valve of a parallel gas compressor system formed with a plurality of gas compressors comprises: a load signal reception step of receiving information of a mass flowrate of gas required from a user; a first signal generation step of using the mass flowrate information of gas received in the load signal reception step to generate a signal to controller an anti-surge valve; a mass flowrate detection step of detecting the mass flowrate of gas sent to the compressor; a second signal generation step using the information detected in the mass flowrate detection step to generate a signal to control the anti-surge valve; a final signal generation step of generating a final signal based on the first and second signals generated in the first and second signal generation steps; and an anti-surge valve control step of finally controlling the anti-surge valve through the final signal generated in the final signal generation step.
