The present invention relates to a laccase-copper alginate bead, a manufacturing method thereof, and a purification method of environmental pollutants in a water system using the same and, more specifically, to a laccase-copper alginate bead capable of being recollected with magnetism, a manufacturing method thereof, and a purification method of environmental pollutants in a water system using the same. For the above, the present invention provides particles in which laccase is fixated on particles made of magnetic material-copper-alginate. By the present invention, the magnetic laccase-copper alginate bead is provided to decompose pollutants and be able to be recollected with magnetism through nano iron oxide by using laccase positioned inside and the method is provided to simply manufacture the same. The magnetic laccase copper alginate bead according to the present invention is efficient for the decomposition of pollutants in wastewater and is stable. In addition, the present invention can complement disadvantages of wastewater treatment using existing laccase and can be applied to actual sites since reuse is possible through recollection.
