The present invention relates to a composition for preventing white hair and inducing and promoting black hair. The composition for preventing white hair and inducing and promoting black hair of the present invention may comprise a Sesamum heukimja extract, and a Polygonum multiflorum extract. According to the composition for preventing white hair and inducing and promoting black hair, a natural composition showing scavenging ability against H2O2 DPPH radical and reducing ability against active oxygen can be used to prevent white hair and promote black hair formation.
