A system and method for real-time early warning for extreme rainfall-induced landslides are disclosed. The system for real-time early warning for landslides includes a step of receiving weather data information related to a plurality of mountain regions from a weather station server, a step of receiving rainfall information measured in real time in relation to mountain areas from weather observation equipment installed in each of the mountain areas, a step of determining the early warning level of the mountain area based on meteorological data information, measured rainfall information, information for slope stability analysis associated with the mountain area read from geodatabase, and a plurality of standards. The plurality of standards may include an ERI, a rainfall intensity-duration (ID) standard, a landslide susceptibility index, an infiltration-based slope stability standard, a soil-related behavior standard, a soil-related risk index, and a monitoring-based slope stability standard.
