The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for whitening skin, which contains, as an active ingredient, an inorganic ring constituted of extracts of phloem, sour oil and vinegar. According to the present invention, in the case of a cosmetic composition containing an inorganic ring as an active ingredient, skin whitening effect can be exhibited by inhibiting tyrosinase and inhibiting the formation of melanin.
