According to one embodiment of the present invention, a system for bonding a reinforced concrete column and a steel beam includes: a column made of reinforced concrete and having an extension portion extending integrally on a side of an upper portion thereof; at least one steel beam having an engagement portion at an end coupled to one side surface of the extension portion; a connecting metal for fixing the extension portion to the engagement portion facing each other so as to secure the integrity of the column and the steel beam made of reinforced concrete, which is a heterogeneous material; and a plurality of supports provided at a lower end of the extension portion and the steel beam and supporting a load when the steel beams are engaged with both sides of the column.
