The present invention relates to a novel Escherichia coli Ajou_CEM45W strain (KCTC 12986BP). The Ajou_CEM45W strain (KCTC 12986BP) according to the present invention is not dependent on carbon sources or cultivation temperature, and has increased cell yield and external protein expression abilities, thereby stably expressing external protein when compared to existing Escherichia coli strains and being usefully used in various industrial fields such as foods, cosmetics, etc.
