The present invention provides a method for weaving a fabric for Korean traditional clothes, where warp (WA) horizontally arranged and supplied is separated into lower warp (WA1) and upper warp (WA2) which are supplied to be woven into a double fabric composed of an upper fabric (10) and a lower fabric (20), number 1 weft (WE1) and number 2 weft (WE2) having different colors are used as weft (WE) and slup yarn is used as number 3 weft (WE3). When the first shedding motion (one time) of the lower warp (WA1) starts and is performed alternately with shedding motions of the upper warp (WA2), two strands of polyester yarn, namely the number 1 weft (WE1) and the number 2 weft (WE2), are alternately supplied until one determined among five times, seven times, nine times, eleven times and thirteen times is reached such that the double fabric composed of the lower fabric (10) and the upper fabric (20) is woven and the front surface (the upper fabric) and the back surface (the lower fabric) of the woven fabric have different colors. Supplying the number 3 weft (WE3), being the slup yarn, is repeated with respect to six times, eight times, ten times, twelve times and fourteen times corresponding to shedding motions of the upper warp (WA2) to weave the polyester yarn and the slup yarn at the ratio of 5:1 to 13:1. The present invention provides more luxurious Korean traditional fabrics with unique lines represented to general Korean traditional fabrics as well as natural raw materials.
