The present invention relates to a device to measure runout, that is, a flatness of a crankshaft journal and, more specifically, relates to a crankshaft journal inspection device which allows a user to check a figure indicated by a gradation of a gauge through a terminal of the user in real time and which transmits a warning message when the gradation of the gauge exceeds a preset range. One of the tasks to be solved by the present invention is where a worker does not have to directly check a gauge equipment to measure runout of a crankshaft journal and is able to check gradation indicated by the needle of the gauge through a terminal, etc. of the worker during a process of checking runout of the crankshaft journal. In addition, the crankshaft journal inspection device comprises: a pin of which one end touches a crankshaft journal; a gauge connected with the other end of the pin in order to measure pressure applied to the pin; and a camera unit which photographs the needle of the gauge, transmitting wirelessly the photo to a terminal which communicates with the crankshaft journal inspection device.
