The present invention relates to a method for obtaining rRNA sequence information and a method for identifying a microorganism by using rDNA information. The method for obtaining rRNA sequence information comprises the steps of: extracting an rRNA sequence from full-length dielectric DNA sequence information; forming an rDNA contig by assembling the rRNA; and extracting full-length 16S rRNA from the rDNA contig, and correcting an assembly error.
