The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dyeing composition and a dyeing composition manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a dyeing composition comprises: a base material preparation step of preparing a base material comprising cinnamon, alum, green tea leaves, and silkworms; an extraction step of inserting the base material with purified water in an extraction container and then heating and extracting the same; an extract liquid acquisition step of acquiring extract liquid from which the cinnamon, the green tea leaves, and the silkworms have been sieved and removed after the extraction step; an insertion and agitation step of inserting a functional material including dimethylsulfone, glycerin, sodium benzoate, carboxymethylcellulose, and an egg yolk extract into the extract liquid acquired by the extract liquid acquisition step and agitating the same; and a henna powder insertion step of inserting henna powder into an agitated product having been processed by the insertion and agitation step. The dyeing composition comprising henna is easy to use and thus enables an unskilled user to dye his or her hair by him or herself. Since a user can obtain enough dyeing effect with only one-time treatment, the user does not need to perform repeated treatments. Lasting power of dyeing of the dyeing composition is excellent. In addition, the dyeing composition prevents hair loss by reinforcing hair roots, provides an anti-inflammatory effect, and can prevent odor from being generated by the generation of dandruff and sebum.
