The present invention relates to a method for treating contaminated soil. According to the present invention, the contaminated soil treatment method includes: a washing step of inserting a spray rod including a nozzle into the soil and spraying a washing liquid or an oxidizing liquid; a first collection step of collecting floating substances from the soil after the washing step; a first phase separation step of separating the liquids and solids in the floating substances collected in the first collection step; a heating step of inserting a heat emitting member into the solid fraction separated in the first phase separation step to heat the solid fraction; a second collecting step of collecting the steam generated in the heating step; and a pyrolysis step of separating gas from the floating substances separated from the second collection step and heat-treating the separated gas. The contaminated soil treatment method can be used to separate contaminants from the soil in a highly effective manner without having to complete the additional steps of moving the soil.
