The present invention relates to a natural circulation-type compact hot water boiler without a circulation pump. The boiler is configured such that hot water heated by a heater is naturally circulated towards mattress pipes without the circulation pump, it is not necessary to assemble a water tank in a boiler main body, the structure of the same is simple, and the number of auxiliary components in the boiler is relatively small, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and enhancing the speed of an assembling operation and productivity, there is no leakage occurring in the water tank, thereby being able to secure electrical security of electric devices, and there is no noise generated during an operation of a valve. The boiler comprises: the boiler main body formed by combination of a lower body and an upper cover; the water tank integrally formed on the lower body of the boiler main body, having first and second hot water discharge containers formed on a lower side, wherein each of the first and second hot water discharge containers has a first and a second water supply hole and a first and a second recovery hole formed in the same direction on one side thereof, and the upper cover; the water supply check valve formed on an upper side of the first and second hot water discharge containers, automatically opening and closing a gap between the water tank and the first and second hot water discharge containers by pressure difference between the water tank and the first and second hot water discharge containers; and hot water automatically supplying unit configured such that first and second heater cylindrical pipes with the heater embedded therein are connected by first and second connection pipes to a front side of the first and second water supply holes, a space between the first and second heater cylindrical pipes and the first and second mattress pipes is connected by the first and second water supply pipes, and a space between the first and second mattress pipes and the first and second recovery holes is connected to the first and second recovery pipes.
