The present invention relates to a tumbler washer, and a related service providing system and method using a tumbler. The tumbler washer according to the present invention comprises: a washing unit which washes the inside of a tumbler; a movie output unit which outputs an advertising/promotion movie at the time of washing; and a control unit which controls the washing unit and the movie output unit, and pays points in correspondence with the output of the advertising/promotion movie. In addition, the tumbler washer according to the present invention comprises: a mount which is provided with a tumbler insertion hole, and is fixed in a case inner frame; and a fixing device which is installed on the mount, and includes a clamp slid by the control of the control unit. The related service providing system (method) using a tumbler according to the present invention comprises: a tumbler washer which washes a tumbler, outputs an advertising/promotion movie at the time of washing, and generates point request information in correspondence with the output of the advertising/promotion movie; a server which transmits the points to the tumbler washer in correspondence with the point request information, and performs customer management; a customer terminal which receives and stores the points through near field communication with the tumbler washer. According to the present invention, it is possible to achieve eco-friendly consumption and implement due to convenience of tumbler washing, and it is possible to reduce operation costs of a coffee shop by lowering the use of disposable cups.
