The present invention relates to a carbazole based graft copolymer capable of controlling a self-assembling structure and a synthesizing method thereof and, specifically, to a novel copolymer which can control a self-assembling structure capable of adjusting molecular weight of polylactic acid (PLA) and the carbazole based graft copolymer corresponding to coil in order to manufacture poly (carbazole)-coil graft copolymer represented by chemical formula 1, thereby being capable of controlling a size of morphology and pore of a polymer structure, and a synthesizing method thereof. In chemical formula 1, x is 0.05-0.1 as a molar fraction of a repeating unit within carbazole based graft copolymer, m is an integer of 7-8, and n is an integer of 56-84.
