The present invention relates to a device for compensating a receiving channel of radar by using self-interference and a method for the same. According to the present invention, the method for compensating a receiving channel of radar includes: a step of processing an each receiving signal received in multiple receiving channels in radar having the multiple receiving channels including a transmitting antenna and multiple receiving antennas in digital; a step of obtaining a range FFT result on an each lamp of the receiving signal for each of the multiple receiving channels and obtaining a doppler FFT result by using the each range FFT resu a step of generating a distance-speed complex number map based on the doppler FFT resu a step of extracting a complex number value which is a first distance in which a distance value is determined in advance and a doppler value is 0 in the complex number map; and a step of individually compensating a phase of the receiving channel by dividing the each complex number value included in the complex number map by the extracted complex number value. According to the present invention, the device for compensating a receiving channel of radar by using self-interference can reduce complexity of a system and can compensate the phase of the each receiving channel in real time by monitoring the self-interference generated in the radar while using an existing radar hardware structure without installing an additional compensation channel as hardware.
