An ignition ignition type super low-pollution gas engine according to the present invention comprises an engine body formed to ignite a gaseous fuel mixed with air by sparking to generate an output; A catalyst connected to the exhaust pipe for treating harmful components of the exhaust gas; A pre-stage oxygen sensor disposed upstream of the pre-catalyst and configured to sense an oxygen concentration of exhaust gas emitted from the engine body; A downstream oxygen sensor disposed downstream of the precatalyst and configured to detect an oxygen concentration of exhaust gas passing through the precatalyst; A fuel amount control valve configured to adjust a supply amount of the gaseous fuel; And an engine control unit configured to adjust the fuel amount control valve by correcting the basic fuel amount calculated based on the signal of the front end oxygen sensor using the signal of the downstream oxygen sensor.
