The present invention relates to an automatic assembling and performance testing device of a torque limiter and, more specifically comprises: a servomotor providing torque; a torque meter shaft-coupled to the servomotor by a first flexible coupler; a shock absorber axially coupled to the torque meter by a second flexible coupler on one side thereof, and axially coupled to one end of the torque limiter to absorb an impact generated in the torque limiter on the other end thereof; a load supplier to fixate the other end of the torque limiter to provide a load; and a controller to control driving of the servomotor, receiving and processing a torque measurement value from the torque meter, and displaying necessary information, thus capable of remarkably reducing impact and noise generated during performance testing of the torque limiter.
