A system for supplying and authenticating digital contents according to the present invention includes: a digital contents providing device for combining a QR code, which includes member identification information and is formed to have transparency of 95 to 99%, with a webtoon image in an m x n matrix where m and n are natural numbers and supplying the webtoon image combined with the QR code to a webtoon user when the webtoon image is requested by the webtoon user; and a digital contents authenticating device for extracting identification information of an illegal leakage member who illegally leaked the corresponding digital contents from the extracted QR code after extracting the QR code from the combined image in which the QR code is combined with the webtoon image in the m x n matrix where m and n are natural numbers. Accordingly, the present invention can maintain a small server capacity and a small resource load.
