The present invention relates to automatic apparatus and method for analyzing a cancer genome based on single cells, which enable a user to perform analysis tasks efficiently by automating the execution of analysis pipelines for genome analysis, and provides analysis results in a report form via a GUI on the web so that the users see at a glance the results of the genome variation analysis by a simple operation. In addition, the present invention provides automatic apparatus and method for analyzing a cancer genome based on a single cell, which enables a more accurate analysis of cancer variation using blood and an analysis of heterogeneity at a cell-level resolution at various positions of cancer tissues by a single cell-based cancer analysis. According to the present invention, it is possible for users to perform analysis tasks efficiently by automating execution of analysis pipelines for genome analysis, and to provide analysis results on the web in a report form via a GUI so that the users check the results of the genome variation analysis at a glance by a simple operation. In addition, the automatic apparatus and method of the present invention perform a more accurate analysis of cancer variation using blood, and an analysis of heterogeneity at a cell-level resolution at various positions of cancer tissues using a single cell-based cancer analysis.
