The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly, high strength, and copper slag-mixed composition for precast pavers; a precast paver produced thereof; and a production method thereof. By applying copper slag which has been discarded as industrial byproducts for materials to make precast pavers, it is possible to increase strength as well as workability under zero slump condition.
